Bachar moved to New Zealand from the USA in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering. His career across software engineering, systems consulting, technology and business ownership developed a disciplined, commercial approach to complex decisions.
Since becoming a Licensed Immigration Adviser in 2015, he has brought those perspectives together to support employers, workers and families across the complete immigration journey.
