Serious · Uncertain · Urgent

Complex matters need disciplined judgement.

Clear, experienced assessment when an immigration position has become difficult, high-risk or time-sensitive.

We examine what has happened, what evidence exists, what deadlines apply and which options are genuinely available—without making promises that the law or facts cannot support.

Experienced assessment

First understand the position. Then decide what can responsibly be done.

Complex immigration work often involves incomplete records, previous decisions, urgent deadlines or consequences extending beyond one person. We bring structure to the facts and explain the available pathway, the risks and the limits.

Where another professional or authority is better placed to assist, we will say so clearly.

Section 61 requests

A request is not a safeguard against deportation.

Immigration New Zealand has absolute discretion in this area. It is not obliged to consider a Section 61 request, ask for more information or give reasons for its decision. Making a request does not prevent deportation action. Early, candid advice is essential.
